Q: When are we paid? 

A: We are paid every Friday

Q: What is the work week?

A: Our work week is from Monday- Sunday

Q: How can I view my paystubs?

A: Log in to Paylocity, go to Pay where you can view current or past pay stubs. â€‹

Q: Do we receive Holiday Pay? 

A: Yes, Caregivers are paid double pay on the following holidays- New Years Day, Independance Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

Q: Do I report my mileage to and from the clients home? 

A: No, this is managed by the office. The only time you need to report mileage is when you use your personal vehicle during a shift—for example, for errands, appointments, or activities with the client.

Q: Where do I find fuel reimbursement on my check?

A: Fuel reimbursement appears on your check stub in the deductions section as a negative amount. This indicates that the amount is being added to your paycheck, not deducted.

Q: How can I access my W-2 forms? 

A: Log in to Paylocity, go to Pay then Tax Forms where you can view all W-2 forms. 

​

Q: When does PTO start? 

A: Our PTO eligibility is based on a lookback period from November 1st through October 31st each year. After this time, we assess whether employees meet the requirements to earn PTO for the following calendar year. If you are eligible based on that period, your PTO will become available starting January 1st of the following year.
