The Staffing Manager assists the Operations Manager in daily functions by managing caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. This role focuses on building and maintaining a team of skilled, motivated, and engaged caregivers dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Manage Caregiver and Client schedules ensuring clear communication to both.  Track caregiver availability, overtime, and shift completion. Oversee caregiver-client matching, ensuring qualifications align with client needs. Monitor schedules to assess and address caregiver recruitment requirements.

The External Care Coordinator supports clients by facilitating care and building community relationships to drive business growth. This rewarding role requires adaptability to handle complex situations while ensuring high-quality client support.

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, driving sales growth, and expanding our market presence within a designated geographic area. Works closely with internal teams to provide exceptional service, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. 

The RN Trainer plays a key role in ensuring high-quality care by providing comprehensive training to our caregivers. They educate staff on essential skills, safety protocols, and best practices in client care. The RN Trainer also supports ongoing development through hands-on instruction and competency assessments.
